Chris Templo is an amateur fighting out of Honolulu, Hawaii. Chris was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida.
Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has been training in various martial arts since the early age of 7. After receiving his Black Belt in Karate, he quickly moved on to other forms of martial arts including Judo, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kempo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.In 2005, he moved to Oahu to train under Brian Wong, Todd Tanaka, and the legendary Relson Gracie. Since his move to Hawaii, he has trained with only the best, including Professor Martin Buell, Rigan Machado, Daniel Moraes, Jason "Mayhem" Miller, Chris Leben, Matt Hume, Rico Chiapparelli, Mike Swain, Rob Kaman, Jorge Gurgel, Din Thomas, and Eddie Bravo.
He has appeared in Hawaii Amateur Pankration Association (HAPA) fights.
